Mrs. Pam Downeyholds a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Analysis from Texas A&M University. Mrs. Downey has over 30 years of business experience leading international and domestic information technology teams. She rose through the ranks to become Director of Ecommerce Systems in the healthcare, financial, and distribution industries. She is a continual learner and is accredited with knowing over 7 different programming languages. In 2020, she decided to hang it up and spend more time doing what she really loves - helping families with mortgage and retirement protection. What sets her apart is her genuine love to serve and help families. She adores her loving husband, Sheldon, their four boys, Cameron, Dover, Shawn, Trace and her dog, Precious.
